Terms of Service

English Version: Spanish Classes Agreement

• Parties Involved: This agreement is made between [Marta Cobo] (hereinafter referred to as «Instructor») and [Student] (hereinafter referred to as «Student»).
• Purpose of the Agreement: The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Instructor will provide Spanish language lessons to the Student.
• Cancellation Clause: The Student must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for any cancellation of a scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in the Student being charged for the missed class.
• Rescheduling Clause: The Student must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for any request to reschedule a class. Rescheduling will be subject to the Instructor’s availability and agreement.
• No Refund Clause: No refunds will be given under any circumstances once payment has been made.
• Disclaimer Clause: The Instructor will not be held responsible for any misuse of the Spanish language by the Student or for any consequences resulting from such misuse.
• Pricing and Payment Clause:
  • Individual class: 25€ per hour
  • Package of 4 classes: 95€ (save 5€)
  • Personal Language Audit: 45€
  • Membership: 10 €/mes
  Payments must be made in advance of the classes through Stripe. For other payment methods, such as PayPal, please, get in contact with me.
• Class Duration Clause: Each class will have a total duration of fifty (50) minutes. If the Student arrives late, the Instructor is not obligated to extend the class beyond the scheduled fifty minutes unless the Instructor chooses to do so as a gesture of goodwill or based on availability.
• Right of Refusal and Contract Termination: The Instructor reserves the right to decide whether to provide lessons to a Student or to terminate the contract after the service has commenced. In such cases, the Instructor will refund the amount equivalent to the unused portion of the service.
• Equipment and Connectivity Requirements: The Student agrees to use a computer or, alternatively, a device with a sufficiently large screen to facilitate the class. The device must also have a high-quality microphone, a camera, and the room must have a reliable internet connection. If the Student fails to meet these requirements, the Instructor reserves the right to cancel the class without providing a refund.
• Agreement Acceptance: By signing the agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.

• Partes Involucradas: Este acuerdo es entre Marta Cobo (en adelante, «Instructor») y [el Estudiante] (en adelante, «Estudiante»).
• Propósito del Acuerdo: El propósito de este acuerdo es detallar los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales el Instructor impartirá lecciones de español al Estudiante.
• Cláusula de Cancelación: El Estudiante debe proporcionar un aviso mínimo de veinticuatro (24) horas para cualquier cancelación de una clase programada. Si no lo hace, se le cobrará al Estudiante por la clase perdida.
• Cláusula de Reprogramación: El Estudiante debe proporcionar un aviso mínimo de veinticuatro (24) horas para cualquier solicitud de reprogramación de una clase. La reprogramación estará sujeta a la disponibilidad y acuerdo del Instructor.
• Cláusula de No Devolución: No se otorgarán reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia una vez que se haya realizado el pago.
• Cláusula de Exención de Responsabilidad: El Instructor no se responsabilizará por el mal uso del idioma español por parte del Estudiante ni por las consecuencias derivadas de dicho uso indebido.
• Cláusula de Precios y Pagos:
  • Clase individual: 25€ por hora
  • Paquete de 4 clases: 95€ (ahorra 5€)
  • Auditoría de español: 45€
  • Membresía: 10 €/mes
  Los pagos deben realizarse por adelantado a través de Stripe. Para otros métodos de pago, como PayPal, consúltame.
• Cláusula de Duración de la Clase: Cada clase tendrá una duración total de cincuenta (50) minutos. Si el Estudiante llega tarde, el Instructor no está obligado a extender la clase más allá de los cincuenta minutos programados, a menos que el Instructor decida hacerlo como un gesto de buena voluntad o según su disponibilidad.
• Derecho de Rechazo y Terminación del Contrato: El Instructor se reserva el derecho de decidir si quiere impartir clases a un Estudiante o si quiere anular el contrato una vez comenzado el servicio. En tales casos, el Instructor devolverá el dinero equivalente a la parte no utilizada del servicio.
• Requisitos de Equipo y Conectividad: El Estudiante se compromete a usar un ordenador o, en su defecto, un dispositivo con una pantalla lo suficientemente grande para facilitar el desarrollo de la clase. El dispositivo también debe poseer un micrófono de buena calidad, una cámara y en la habitación debe haber una conexión de internet lo suficientemente buena. En caso de que el Estudiante no cumpla con estos requisitos, el Instructor se reserva el derecho de cancelar la clase sin reembolsar el dinero.
• Aceptación del Acuerdo: Al firmar el acuerdo, ambas partes reconocen que han leído, comprendido y aceptado los términos y condiciones aquí establecidos.
